The gym

Since joining a new gym about three months ago, I can honestly say I've done a pretty good job of finding the time (and motivation) to work out. My goal is to work out half of the days in every month.

So far:

November- 16/30

December- 12/31

Also, if you ask me, a day "counts" if I did anything active. I don't necessarily have to run 5 miles to count that as a day I worked out. Walking, lifting, group fitness class, cycling, yoga, you name it...all of it means I'm being active so they count.

I'll try and update this as each month ends. January is off to a great start!
